GoldPath

Start with the Work You Want
Launch: GoldPath

GoldPath helps learners start from the work they want and map what it may take to get there. Choose an occupation, see what the role requires, share your background, and receive a directional plan that connects your strengths to the skills and credentials the occupation demands.

Step 1. Choose your aspiration

Search by occupation title or SOC code. GoldPath surfaces the knowledge, skills, abilities, and credential expectations for the work you want — grounded in O*NET and labor-market data.

Step 2. Share your background

Upload a resume, transcript, certifications, or other evidence of what you already know and can do. GoldPath maps your existing strengths against what the occupation requires.

Step 3. See your gaps & strengths

A clear breakdown shows where you are strong, where you have partial coverage, and where targeted learning or credentials could close the gap — with estimated time and cost guidance.

Step 4. Follow your path

GoldPath suggests courses, credentials, and learning experiences ranked by fit, cost, and return. Save your plan, track progress, and revisit as your skills grow.

Occupation-first, not degree-first Most planning tools start with "pick a major." GoldPath starts with "what work do you want to do?" and works backward to what learning, credentials, and experiences can get you there.
Same family, new purpose Built on the same KSAWorks platform as GoldCheck, GoldRibbon, Playlist, and Performer. Shared services, shared data, consistent experience — no duplicate infrastructure.

GoldPath — Start with the Work You Want

Many learners know what kind of work they want but not what learning path will get them there. GoldPath maps the knowledge, skills, and credentials an occupation demands, compares them to what the learner already has, and suggests a directional plan — courses, credentials, experiences, estimated time, and approximate cost — so the learner can make informed decisions.

Institutions benefit because learners arrive with clearer intent, better self-awareness, and a plan that aligns to real occupational demand.
