- The Master of Science in Education (non-licensure program) is an employee-based program offered to The New England Center for Children’s (NECC-UAE) employees in Abu Dhabi at the Mohammad bin Rashid Center for Special Education and at the NECC Clinics located in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. Employees work full-time at NECC-UAE while attending Simmons University courses via video technology.
