Terms of Service

MVP terms for review prior to launch.

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the KSAWorks MVP (the ?oService?), provided by AcademyOne, Inc. This is MVP language intended for review and refinement prior to production release.

Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

MVP status and scope

The Service is an early-stage MVP used to validate user experience patterns, authentication, navigation, and suite integration concepts. Functionality may change, be interrupted, or be removed without notice.

Accounts and access control

The Service uses Google sign-in through Firebase Authentication. Certain areas (including the suite dashboard and settings) are restricted to an administrator allow-list. You agree not to attempt to bypass access controls or interfere with authentication.

Permitted use

Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
Do not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or related systems.
Do not introduce malware, automated scraping, or disruptive traffic.
Do not misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

Content and intellectual property

The Service, including visual design, text, logos, and underlying software, is owned by AcademyOne, Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service except as explicitly permitted in writing.

Feedback

If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant AcademyOne, Inc. a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use that feedback to improve the Service.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided ?oas is? and ?oas available.? To the maximum extent permitted by law, AcademyOne, Inc. disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AcademyOne, Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Service.

Termination

AcademyOne, Inc. may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time if it believes you have violated these Terms or if the MVP is retired.

Changes to these terms

These Terms may be updated as the MVP evolves. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
