- The Professional Gardening Certificate offers a streamlined, one-year pathway into the landscape and horticulture industry. This program emphasizes practical, hands-on skills in garden design, installation, and maintenance, preparing students to work in residential, commercial, and public spaces. Coursework and field experiences focus on plant selection and care, container and seasonal displays, pruning, pest and weed identification, and safe use of tools and equipment.
