- Graduates of the Bachelor of Professional Studies in the Organizational Leadership degree program will be prepared to advance into higher leadership positions within a variety of professional fields. Students will become well-versed in the areas of change management, project management, strategic planning, team building, creative problem-solving and ethical decision-making. By the end of this degree program, students will have the knowledge, skills and capabilities needed to effectively lead within their respective fields. The unique nature of this degree allows students to earn credits through successful demonstration of prior learning and transfer credits.
