The Healthcare Science (HCS) A.S. program is designed to prepare students for successful transfer into baccalaureate programs in a wide range of health-related fields, including Nursing, Nutrition, Medical Imaging/Radiography, Radiation Therapy, Respiratory Therapy, and Diagnostic Medical Sonography. The program emphasizes a strong foundation in the liberal arts and sciences, mathematics, and health studies, ensuring that graduates are academically prepared for the rigorous upper-division coursework required in professional health programs. This program can also accommodate students who are completing their prerequisites for the Registered Nursing programs.
