- The Lean Six Sigma certificate prepares engineers and scientists to lead process improvement in any industry. The program uses applied projects to build skills in the most notable methodologies for the improvement of current processes and for the creation of new lean processes for high quality results. Pertinent project management, leadership, and cultural changes skills are also gained to ensure long-term success and adoption of a lean quality mentality.
