- This 3 + 2 program is offered in conjunction with the Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, Cytotechnology Program. This program consists of three years of course work at The College of Saint Rose followed by two years at the Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. In the case of transfer students, the first year at Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences is counted within the minimum two-year residency at The College of Saint Rose. Admission into the Biology-Cytotechnology program does not guarantee placement into the graduate/clinical phase. The academic components of the program must be successfully completed before students are eligible to progress to the graduate/clinical phase during the senior year. Preference will be given to students who maintain a minimum cumulative index of 3.0 in science courses and 3.0 overall. Eligibility for the clinical phase of the Cytotechnology program will be determined by application and evaluation by the Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences Department of Health Sciences Cytotechnology Program and The College of Saint Rose.
