Minor allows students to examine aspects of Jewish history, culture, and Hebrew language in an interdisciplinary manner, drawing on relevant classes taught in various departments and programs. Students require seven classes to complete the Minor, which must include three classes in either Biblical Hebrew ( HBR 111 , HBR 112 , or HBR 113 ) or Modern Hebrew ( HEB 100 , HEB 101 , or HEB 102 ) and at least two classes at the 200-level or above taken from the list below. Independent Study classes can be counted towards the Minor with the permission of the Director.
