- Five European Union studies courses: 15 credits of course work from at least three different departments are required. These courses will include PS 1317 - Politics of the European Union, and one course on the historical foundation of the EU. Students must earn a C average or better in the classes counting towards the certificate. A maximum of two courses (6 credits) from the European Union Studies Certificate may be counted toward another credential, such as a major, minor, or certificate. If a student is pursuing multiple credentials, up to four courses (12 credits) from the European Union Studies Certificate may overlap with those combined programs.Not resolved to a course
- Language proficiency: Two years of college-level study of an official European Union foreign language (excluding English).
