A checklist is the list of requirements to complete this program and receive the award, as the college publishes it in its catalog. It is the same for everyone. It does not say what you have completed; that comes from applying your own record.

- Description
- The Nutrition minor is for individuals interested in gaining a nutrition knowledge base that will enhance future work in a community, school (classroom teaching), work site or research setting. The focus of this minor is to prepare students to promote sound, evidence-based nutrition principles to physically and culturally diverse clients, making referrals to registered dietitians when necessary. This minor exposes students to principles of nutritional research and current topics within the field of study. Note: If considering pursuing further professional training in dietetics additional courses in chemistry may be required. See nutrition advisor for more information and course planning.
