Articulation Agreement CVPH Medical Center School of Radiologic Technology has an articulation agreement with SUNY Empire State University since 1983.

In partnership with Larner College of Medicine , we are currently involved in more than 1,000 active research projects and 200 clinical trials in many specialty areas, including cardiology, pulmonology, emergency medicine, cancer, neurology and vaccine testing.

Our Graduate Medical Education programs allow residents at the Larner College of Medicine and the College of Nursing and Health Sciences at University of Vermont to learn from our highly respected practitioners and receive on-the-job training, caring for our patients through a variety of high-quality programs and partnerships across our health system.

Partnerships (2012 - 2018) 2012: Elizabethtown Community Hospital, along with Champlain Valley Physicians Hospital in Plattsburgh, joins Fletcher Allen Partners, later becoming University of Vermont Health in 2014.

Pathfinder Program Pathfinder is a partnership with Community College of Vermont and is intended to serve as a pipeline for employees to access UVM Health Pathway Programs.

Through academic partnerships with University of Vermont and other educational and training partnerships in our communities, we prepare people for meaningful work and help address the health care workforce shortage.
