ACADEMIC POLICIES ACCEPTANCE OF TRANSFER CREDITS If you wish to transfer work from another acceptable institution, you must comply with these requirements: 1. Not more than 74 semester hours may be transferred. (Applies to undergraduate) No more than 30 semester hours may be transferred for students enrolled in the master level program. No more than 15 semester hours may be transferred for students enrolled in doctorate program.

Credit hours attempted include courses with a grade of “INC” (incompletes), “W” (withdrawals), “WF” (withdrawal/failures), “R” (repeats), and “Fs.” Transfer credit hours that meet degree requirements are included in the calculation of PACE and maximum time frame, although not in the calculation of grade point average.

All applicable transfer credits are also included in the ROP and maximum time frame calculations.
