Admission of Undergraduate Transfer Credits Students requesting transfer credits from other institutions of higher education must submit official transcripts from all institutions they attended and from which transfer credits are being requested. Determination of transfer credit will be at the discretion of the Academic Office. Manna University will accept up to 9 credit hours of transfer credit for M.C.L. applicants and up to 36 hours of transfer credit for M.Div.

Students must have completed, be currently enrolled in, or have transferred credit to Manna University for the requested course to be approved as a substitution. Prior Learning Assessments On a case-by-case basis, Manna University offers opportunities for up to 9 credit hours for prior learning to be counted as course credit for degree programs. Prior learning consists of, but is not limited to, the applicant’s life experience, vocation, ability, and other determining factors. Students should fill out the Prior Learning Assessment (PLA) application that includes a portfolio of the justification for the prior learning (usually done with a CV or resume) and an essay proposal. The fee for this Prior Learning Assessment (PLA) application is listed in the tuition and fees schedule.

Non-degree-seeking students, high school dual-enrollment students, and student auditors are not eligible for federal aid.

Photocopies of transcripts may be submitted for unofficial evaluation; however, credit will not be awarded until the receipt of official transcripts. Submission and payment of the PLA application does not guarantee course credit and refunds will not be issued if credit is denied.
