Description
Program Description The Associate of Applied Science degree in Radiologic Technology leads to a national certification and state licensure. The program offers students didactic and clinical experiences to learn skills of an entry-level radiographer. Radiology courses are taught at Jordan Health Sciences building, Jordan Campus and clinical education occurs at local health care facilities. Students can complete General Education classes at any SLCC Campus location.

      6. All prerequisites must be completed before applying to the Radiologic Technology program. You must earn a grade of B- or better in BIOL 2320/2325 and taken it within the last five years. The other prerequisites must be completed with a C grade or better. All prerequisites have a limit of two attempts every 5 years. The highest grade of the two attempts will be used. NOTE: BIOL 1610 /BIOL 1615 , although not required for the program, are required pre-requisites for selective admissions course requirements (BIOL 2320/BIOL 2325). Students may transfer BIOL 2320/2325 equivalents with appropriate grades without completing BIOL 1610/1615.
