Ct, 3 credit hours This course will explore the environment, customs, character, and role of women in the Bible and in the church along with the scriptural approach to women’s ministries and the various ministries available to Christian women today. This course is designed to help the student recognize the value of God’s spiritual gifts to each individual and give guidance in developing and using her gift(s) as directed by God’s Word. Personal reflection will reveal the student’s strengths and weaknesses and apply this knowledge for godly leadership in the home, church, and community. Study will impart scriptural principles and insights that will serve as a basis for developing a biblical worldview of women’s leadership in ministry. This course will impart an awareness of what is involved in training for various ministries, and how to best implement these ministries for the glory of God.
