Students engage in sustainable practices such as soil preparation, planting, composting, pest management, irrigation, and harvesting. Students gain practical experience in the function and management of hydroponic and/or aquaponic systems. Students work together to achieve sustainable production of food through the integration of holistic sustainability practices.
