GOV 210Current Events and Public Policy Issues3

Fall - Even Year This course will focus on events and issues that face the state, country and world today. Particular attention will be placed on newsworthy events and issues on a weekly basis involving both foreign and domestic policy. They will be put in historical perspective so that students can understand the background that led up to the present action or interpretation. In addition, the ramifications, repercussions and impact of those events and issues will be discussed in a "what if" format.
