Certain courses may be ineligible for transfer due to time limitations. Courses for which a student has earned a grade of a “C” or better may be accepted for transfer. Developmental, review, or remedial courses are not transferable, but may be used for placement purposes. A course for which credit is not awarded at the original institution cannot be transferred for credit at RCC. Credit is recorded on the student’s transcript and identified with “TRC” instead of a grade. Transfer credits are not used in the computation of the grade point average at RCC.
