Emphasizes fundamentals of Total quality assurance for product and process control. May include design review, fundamentals of statistics procurement control, sampling and control chart systems, quality reporting, process capability analysis, tool and gauge control, document control, or troubleshooting quality control.
Studies team concepts and problem solving techniques to assist project teams in improving quality and productivity. Provides knowledge of how to work as a team, plan and conduct good meetings, manage logistics and details, gather useful data, communicate the results and implement changes.
