MIS230 Management of Telecommunications An overview of the telecommunications industry and an introduction to the regulation of the industry are provided. The basics of telephony and networks are introduced. Telecommunications management, economic issues, and ethical issues will be studied. MIS235 Local Area Network Concepts This course is designed to present the theory behind various network operating systems and architectures. It provides a survey of the major LANs currently on the market, their compatibility and interoperability.
