16 Special Admissions Requirements: Students testing with three or more developmental courses required will not be allowed to take courses within the major until at least one area is satisfied. Students completing the plumbing program have the option of transferring into the HVAC Technology degree major. This additional year of study in the HVAC major can expand skills in air conditioning and heating. Note: Students planning to transfer to HP should take ENL 111, MTH 124, and 1 credit elective Fitness & Lifetime Sports (FIT) in the second semester. Students are also encouraged to take MTH 124, if placement tests indicate readiness.
