SEM 0100ROSEMONT CONNECTIONS SEMINAR

This course is an introduction to accelerated learning at Rosemont College. The course will seek to introduce learning at an accelerated pace into your professional and personal life. Students will be introduced to an environment that encourages critical thinking and intellectualism. They will begin to learn skills that will help them express their thoughts in well-researched and written papers and prepare them to succeed in future accelerated classes at Rosemont College. The format of the class combines both experiential learning with traditional mediums. Learning methods will include discussions, presentations, small group activities, and self-assessment. This course will challenge students and in doing so endeavor to create in them an active, critical, and engaged mind.
