LAS 495Senior Capstone3

The purpose of the capstone is to provide an integrative experience for seniors that will allow them to apply what they have learned in previous coursework. This course provides an opportunity to pursue independent research on a topic of one’s own choosing, and to develop and defend answers to questions of interest to the student. This will culminate in a major research paper completed under the supervision of a faculty member, and a presentation of the research results to the Dean Dean College Academic Catalog 2025–2026 community. Prerequisites: LAS 415 and senior standing. Offered every spring semester.
