MAT 200 or above This Multiple Measures Placement Policy applies to any applicant who has an official transcript from a high school that is legally authorized to operate in North Carolina and who graduated from that high school within five years of college enrollment. To determine placement of applicants who apply for admission before they graduate from high school, Richmond Community College will consider official transcripts, which state the cumulative GPA at the end of the first semester of the 12th grade or ACT/SAT test scores. Applicants who graduated prior to 2013 and/or out-of-state applicants will be required to take the placement test unless they qualify for an exemption listed in Section III.
