ORG 420Evidence Based Decision Making for Leaders3
This course will enable students to develop the skill for making evidence-based decisions to support an organization’s overall strategy. At the end of the course, students will be able to apply the knowledge gained to make evidence-based decisions and to reduce the probability of making decisions based on speculation, fads and unrealistic confidence. This extension provides MPS students an opportunity to continue their capstone project beyond the two-term limit. Through this experience, students will continue to utilize practical leadership skills while they conduct their research. Candidates will submit an action research project design, collect and analyze data from the action research, conduct a literature review, and inform practical applications for their research.
