/45 contact hrs) This course is an introduction to the theories, modalities, and methodologies evolving from the scientific analysis of behavior. This course takes a scientific perspective on behavior and will include discussion of critical thinking skills and a skeptical attitude toward claims. Successful completion of the course will require the student to demonstrate, through written papers and introspective inquiry, an understanding of the basic concepts covered in the lectures, text, readings, and weekly discussion.
