This course may be taken only by active student athletes during the semester in which they participate in any college sanctioned athletic program for one full season. This excludes “managers” of athletic teams. This course may be repeated up to three times for a maximum total of four credit hours. (Note: all students are required to take HLFW 129 Lifetime Fitness). HLFW 105 only satisfies the additional one credit hour HLFW activity course for graduation. This course is offered as pass/fail only.
