principles, and techniques for development of a lifestyle of wellness with a specific focus on physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness. Students are introduced to the nine dimensions of wellness and consider how these dimensions may be inter-related with the effect of impacting overall wellness. Offered every term. One semester hour.
EXSC 104Swimming - A course designed for students with differing
levels of swimming skills. American Red Cross methods and skills are emphasized. Students will learn aquatics skills, swimming strokes, and life saving skills. functions as a thesis for MACSM graduate students and may be entrepreneurial or research based. The entrepreneurial approach involves the student developing a business plan for a proposed sport business.
