LEAD 2100Leading Negotiation and Change3

This course equips students with the interpersonal, strategic, and ethical skills needed to negotiate effectively and lead teams through change in organizational contexts. Students will explore negotiation frameworks, communication strategies, conflict resolution, resistance management, and change dialogue.
