NTR 570DIETETICS CAPSTONE
For Dietetic Internship students only. This capstone course includes professional development, clinical problem-solving, assessing medical record data, evaluating food intake, planning modified diets, and reviewing medical and research literature. Critical thinking, teamwork and communication skills which are needed by the dietetic intern and dietitian are developed. Three credits.
