This course will introduce basic archaeological methods used in current excavations in the Biblical lands. Students will also survey important archaeological discoveries and their bearing upon our understanding of both OT and NT history and customs. Emphasis will be placed upon the application of these discoveries to our present knowledge of the integrity of the Scriptures.
