and supportive leadership skills in each student teaching a First-Year Foundations section. This support course prepares students to lead discussions, understand student concerns and needs, plan engaging interactions, and reflect on their teaching experience. We meet once a week throughout the Fall semester in support of First-Year Foundations Peer Facilitators. Students must be hired as an FYF Peer Facilitator in order to enroll in this course, which is a job requirement for Peer Facilitators. Instructor permission required.
