This course discusses the ethical and legal issues encountered by licensed professionals in the field of Behavior Analysis, including ethical decision-making models, and legalities of the profession, ethical principles, professional codes of ethics, identifying and resolving ethical dilemmas. This course will cover important ethical issues in the mental health field.
The introduction of supervision, personnel management, and interpersonal collaboration. Emphasis on the role and nature of the supervision process, effective training, and strategies for performance improvement. Specific attention will be paid to the supervisory role of a BCBA.

There is an emphasis on operational definitions, behavioral assessment, graphing an interpretation of data, and application of behavioral research designs.
