Fall/Spring This course will examine the management of not-for-profit institutions. It will examine the necessary skill sets needed for effective management of these types of organizations. In addition, time will be spent developing an understanding of the differences between not-for-profit and for-profit organizations and the unique skill sets required for managing a not-for-profit.
