15 courses with the subject CHML, each shown exactly as we captured it from the college's catalog, with every element we hold. Where the wording looks broken, that is our reading of the catalog, not the college's text.
CHML 101General Chemistry Laboratory I1
Introduction to general chemistry laboratory techniques. This course is the lab companion course for general chemistry lecture CHM 101.
CHM 212 . Course Repeatability: Course may not be repeated.

CHML 325Biophysical Chemistry Laboratory1
Essential experimental approaches used in the study of proteins, lipids, and nucleic acids, and their interactions. The molecular structure, thermodynamics and kinetics of binding reactions, phase transitions, and other processes involving these macromolecules will be studied using calorimetry and modern spectroscopic methods.
Theory and practice of biochemical techniques. Topics may include protein assays, protein purification, electrophoresis, enzyme kinetics, HPLC or proteins, buffers and pH, DNA isolation, and molecular visualization and modeling.
Laboratory techniques in forensic chemistry, including analyses of trace organics, metals and analyses, fibers and polymers; toxicology; serology; drug and DNA chemistry; fingerprinting; and chain of custody procedures.
Theory and application of modern analytical instrumentation and techniques. Emphasis on atomic spectroscopy, molecular spectroscopy, chromatography, electrochemistry, mass spectrometry, statistical analysis, report writing, and laboratory safety.
Study of advanced experimental skills for constructing, producing, and purifying plasmids used in the synthesis of biological macromolecules. Students will learn to design plasmids for the expression of recombinant proteins, in-vitro transcription of mRNAs, and the production of viral vectors. Course topics include DNA cloning techniques and plasmid production methods.
