3 courses with the subject GEOL, each shown exactly as we captured it from the college's catalog, with every element we hold. Where the wording looks broken, that is our reading of the catalog, not the college's text.

GEOL 1060Intro to Field Methods in Geoscience3

This hands-on field course offers a unique opportunity to explore the natural world through the lens of geology, focusing on the observation and interpretation of landscapes, rock formations, and earth processes in the field. Students learn basic skills such as how to read topographic and geologic maps, use GPS and other specialized field equipment, and record observations of geological features. Through field trips and outdoor exploration, students apply techniques to gain a deeper appreciation for the Earth’s dynamic systems. Students must be able to hike several miles on uneven terrain and in inclement weather.Course Fees: $300.00
