Museums, factories, designers’ showrooms, distribution centers, stores, cultural events, and seminars are included. Course may be repeated for a total of 6 semester hours. 2c-2l-3sh Study of the electronic technology, selection, care, and use of the microwave oven. Basic physical and chemical concepts related to microwave cooking are included. Individual investigative research problems are required.
