3c-2l-4sh This course is designed to teach assessment procedures, evaluation methods, and proper athletic training protocol for neuromuscular and skeletal muscle injuries. In addition, administrative issues in athletic training will be addressed emphasizing accurate medical documentation. Emphasis will be placed on subjective and objective assessment and documentation of findings.

Designed primarily for students majoring in special education, course will focus on handicapping conditions, limitations imposed by such conditions, and the responsibility of the special education teacher working in the physical education setting.
