by preparing for state licensure as required by numerous states and measuring beginning educational leaders’ understanding and knowledge of a broad range of job-related topics, including whether entry-level education leaders have the standards relevant knowledge believed necessary for competent professional practice. The course includes a description of the Professional Standards for Educational Leaders (PSEL), test-taking strategies, sample questions, annotated responses, and specific problems-based learning. EADM 598 Professional Leadership Project (2) Focuses on the role of the school leader through successful completion of a culminating experience that will synthesize theory and practice.
