Overview of legal issues that are especially relevant to human resource management including Age Discrimination Employment Act 1967, Americans with Disabilities Act 1990. Civil Rights Act 1964, Equal Employment Opportunity Programs, Family and Medi- cal Leave Act 1993, Pregnancy Discrimination Act 1978, Reha- bilitation Act 1973, and Sexual Harassment. Examples of equal opportunity and employment laws in other countries that effect multinational corporations and trade will be covered. Prerequi- sites: MGMT 305, 312, and 321.
